In his previous practices, Alex George advised a broad range of business clients from publicly quoted corporations to entrepreneurs and professional partnerships. His practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance arrangements, management buy-outs, company start-ups, joint ventures and partnerships, and a wide variety of commercial agreements, including intellectual property licensing. He has led legal teams on corporate transactions ranging in value from a few hundred thousand dollars to in excess of seventy-five million dollars.
